Shipping Policy

We offer three different types of delivery. They include free Pick-Up, $8 LA County Drop-Off, and USPS First Class Package.

For the free Pick-Up, you must select a specific time to pick up your order at the designated address.
For the LA County Drop-Off, someone from our team will drive to the given address and drop off your order.

If the option for delivery is chosen, we will use USPS's First Class Service. Your package should ship within 1-3 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

When purchasing any product, all sales are final. If the product arrived damaged due to shipping, we will accept an exchange. You must send an email within three days of receiving the damaged product.

Cancelations Policy

If you cancel your order 24 after placing your order, you will be given a refund and will appear within 3 to 5 business days.

If you cancel your order after those 24 hours, you will be refunded but will be charged a 10% fee for packing. Your refund will appear within 3 to 5 business days.
